    Section 465.014, Florida Statutes (2025), says any person who wishes to work as a pharmacy technician in this state must register with the board. The same subsection says the board shall register an applicant who has remitted the fees the subsection describes, is at least 17 years of age, and has completed a pharmacy technician training program approved by the Board of Pharmacy. The section does not name 68Q. Completing a training program is not issuance of a registration.
