The page says training and education completed out of state must be recognized by the board as equivalent to the training received by a pharmacy technician trained in Washington, and that the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission requires all applicants to provide proof of passing a national pharmacy technician certification examination administered by a program accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. The page lists a Pharmacy Technician Portability of Professional Licenses of Members of the Uniformed Services and Their Spouses application.
